Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send any item back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing the order, provided that the order has not already been fulfilled.

After 15 minutes, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or fulfilled.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

• Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery

• Products without their original packaging, tags, or accessories

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Personal care or hygiene products where applicable

• Sale or clearance items, where specifically stated

• Gift cards

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first. Depending on the product and availability, we may provide instructions for returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within  7 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
